Benjamin, Jr., of Chenango Forks, and Laurence Marsh of Groton; her sisters-in-law, Joanie VanGorder and Evelyn (Cookie) Clarey; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles Benjamin, on December 7, 2012, a grandson-in-law, Eric Stevens; as well as her siblings.
