Bonnie Lou O'Neill

Bonnie Lou O’Neill, 61, of Marathon, NY, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013, at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, NY.

Bonnie was born in Norwich, NY on September 8, 1951, a daughter of the late Edward and Florence Shepard O’Neill.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who dearly loved her children, and especially her granddaughter, Sophie.  Throughout her life, Bonnie had made many friends that she cared for and looked after.  She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Traci) Pryor, Jr. of California and Candi (Terry II) Bordell of Delmar.  She also leaves behind a granddaughter, Sophie Bordell; ten brothers; two sisters, and her canine companions, Sissy and Tike.

Funeral services will be held at the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home, Cincinnatus, NY on Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Will Gallerani officiating.  Burial will be in Marathon Cemetery at a later date.  The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the start of the service at 1:00 p.m.  Expressions of sympathy in memory of Bonnie may be made to the ASPCA, 879 McLean Road, Cortland, NY 13045.
