Constance E. Christy, 73, of Fort Meyers, FL, and formerly of Cincinnatus, passed away at her son’s home Raleigh, NC, on Saturday, September 13, 2025, while surrounded by her loving family.

Connie was born on July 10, 1952, the daughter of the late Ward “Goose” Christy and June Crandall Christy. Her departure marks the end of a remarkable life dedicated to family, career, and community.

Connie was a proud 1970 graduate of Cincinnatus Central School, where she began to cultivate the values of hard work and commitment that would guide her throughout her life. Along with her second husband, she achieved great success as bank appraisers in the States of New York and New Jersey, a career that showcased her talents and dedication to her profession.

Connie's treasured family includes her son, Brian (Rae) Perry of Raleigh, NC, who carries forward her legacy. She was a devoted grandmother to Reece and Sawyer Perry, who brought joy and laughter into her life. Connie is also survived by her beloved brother, David (Karen) Christy of Cincinnatus, along with her cherished nephews, Joshua, Jacob, and Jaime Christy. Additionally, she shared a close friendship with Richard "Mac" McCarthy, who resides in Florida, and she enjoyed the company of several cousins.

Connie was preceded in death by her son, Robert Perry, whose memory will forever be cherished by those who loved him. The warmth of Connie's spirit, her unwavering commitment to family, and her professional accomplishments leave an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her. Her peaceful passing is a reminder of the love and dedication she exemplified throughout her life.
