Delores A. McCann

Delores A. McCann, 73, of Willet, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2014.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on September 17, 1940, Delores was the daughter of the late Evelyn Engle Lopardi.  A longtime resident of this area, she retired from Price Chopper in Cortland in 2011 where she had worked as a cake decorator for 25 years.  She was a proud lifetime member of the NRA.  A devoted mother and grandmother, she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Gary McCann and Maureen (Richard) Price, both of Willet; and a grandson, William (Kaci) McCann of Willet.  She also leaves behind a great-grandson, Will McCann; a brother Arthur (Bonnie) Lopardi of Syracuse; sisters, Dorothy Allen of Willet, and Irene (Michael) Bianco of Syracuse; a sister-in-law, Donna Lopardi of Oregon; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, William McCann in 1996 and a brother, Frank Lopardi, in 2011.
