Elaine Brown, 68, of Whitney Point, NY, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020, at her home, while surrounded by her family.
Elaine was born in Johnson City, NY, on September 29, 1951, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Wilma Pitcher Russell. Prior to her illness, she had been employed at Elizabeth Church Manor and Lourde's Hospice.
