Emily E. Zimmer

Emily E. Zimmer, 80, of Harford, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at the Cortland Regional Medical Center, Cortland, NY.

Mrs. Zimmer was born in Ilion, NY on November 12, 1932, a daughter of the late John and Goldie Casler Nase.  For several years, she provided home health care to various families.  She was the wife of the late Laurence Zimmer.

She is survived by her children, Harold and Caren, of Willet, Earl and Linda of Richford, and Goldie and Lloyd of Harford.  She also leaves behind several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Marathon.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Richford, at a later date.  The family will be present to receive friends at the Kingdom Hall from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., prior to the service.
