Fredric E. Lieb, 65, of Cincinnatus, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2013, at the Cortland Regional Medical Center, Cortland, NY.

Born in Spencer, NY on January 7, 1947, Fred was a son of the late Anthony Victor and Elizabeth Freeman Lieb.  A longtime resident of this area, he was a self-employed truck driver for several years.  Among his many interests was his admiration of John Deere equipment and he too great enjoyment in providing his children and grandchildren with John Deere clothing and toys.

He is survived by his daughters, Evelyn (Matthew) Price and Virginia Lieb; his brothers, Ronald and Gary (Connie) Lieb, all of Cincinnatus.  He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Julianna, Marquise, and MaKenly; the mother of his children, GinaBeth Calvello of South Otselic; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home, Cincinnatus, NY on Friday, January 11, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. with Fred M.S. Downs officiating.  The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the start of the service at 1:00 p.m.  Expressions of sympathy in memory of Fred may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
