Gerald E. Adams, Sr.

Gerald E. Adams, Sr., 81, of DeRuyter, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, NY.

Gerry was born in Lebanon, NH, on December 19, 1940, the son of the late Kenneth P. Adams, Sr. and Floris Freeman Adams. He was an avid hunter and trapper. He thoroughly enjoyed working on his farm.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Patricia Berg Adams; and their children, Patricia (Michael) Kostka of Baldwinsville, Gerald (Lisa) Adams, Jr. of Cincinnatus, Kristi (Martin) Tefft of South Otselic, Wendy (Jason) Blanchard of Cincinnatus, Cindy Merchant of Manlius, and Jeffrey (Renee) Adams of North Pitcher. He also leaves behind twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services.
