Margaret L. Pendell

Margaret L. (Phalen) Pendell, 98, of Marathon, NY, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022, at the Guthrie Cortland Regional Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Cortland, NY.

Born in Cortland, NY, on March 10, 1924, Margaret was the daughter of the late Maurice and Mary Reagan Phalen.

She is survived by her daughter, Audrey (Paul) Lewis, of Warwick, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Warren Pendell, in 1996; a son, Steven Pendell; and a sister, Agnes Warfield.

Graveside services will be held at the Marathon Cemetery on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 12:30 p.m.  There will be no prior calling hours or funeral service.
