Nancy A. Kingdon, 55, of Willet, NY, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at St. Joseph's Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY, following a brief illness.
Nancy was born in Binghamton, NY, on March 6, 1970 the daughter of the late Stanley and Marie Potter Kingdon. Nancy dedicated her life to caring for others through her esteemed nursing career, working closely with hundreds of doctors throughout the years.
Nancy's warmth and compassion extended beyond her profession. She held her family and friends close to her heart, often putting their needs before her own. Her love for her family was evident in all she did. She is survived by her beloved wife of 14 years, Kariann Kingdon; her son, Andrew Travis, of DeRuyter; her daughter, Megan Willoughby, of Tennessee; and her son Zach (Heather) Corson, of Baldwinsville. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Desiree, Huntor, Lora, Kaleb, Parker, Adelaine, and Ryder.
In addition to her immediate family, Nancy is survived by her sister, Scarlet (Ricky) Stickland, of Tennessee; her brother, Steven (Mary) Kingdon, of Conklin; her sister, Catherine Lester, of Windsor; her half-sister, Robin Cervantes, of Minnesota, and an aunt, Dorothy Polhamus of Conklin. She also had many special family friends, including Jake and Carol Crane, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom will remember her fondly.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her sister, Candice McEwen, whose memory remains dear to all who loved her.
A Celebration of Nancy’s Life will be held at a later date.
Nancy's legacy of love, service, and kindness will forever echo in the lives she touched. She departed this world surrounded by her family, a testament to the deep connections she fostered throughout her life. She will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
