Neal J. Standish, Sr.

Neal J. Standish, Sr., 54, of Cortland, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.

Neal was born in Cortland, NY, on December 25, 1967, the son of the late Barbara Standish. One of his favorite past times was to work on cars.

He is survived by his children, Neal John Standish, Jr., of Cortland, Ashley (Jeffrey Hunt) Standish of Syracuse, Robert (Dakota) Standish of Cortland, and Rosie (Cody Morton) Standish of Marathon. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Emma and Bentley Standish; brothers, Brian (Shawne) Standish of Scott and Fred Ward of Scott; and an aunt, Bernice White of Pitcher.

A celebration of life will be held at the Cincinnatus Fire Department on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Neal may be directed to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840962, Dallas, TX 75284.
