Patricia A. Bush

Patricia A. Bush, 71, of Dryden, NY, and formerly of Cincinnatus, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 24, 2022, at the Guthrie Cortland Regional Medical Center, Cortland, NY.

Born in Cortland, NY, on August 7, 1950, Pat was the daughter of the late Thomas and Esther Torrey Jensen. Prior to her retirement, she had worked at ARC in Cortland for nine years and had also previously worked at Highgate Nursing Home in Cortland. In her spare time, she enjoyed visiting garage sales and refinishing furniture.

She is survived by her children, Heidi (Matt) Thompson of Virgil, Parrish (Rose) Bush of Virgil, and Jenna Bush of Dryden. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jonnelle, Dylan, Tommy, Nathan, Hayden, Brynn, and Carson; and several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Donnal Bush, on October 20, 2020, and a daughter, Mindy Hobart.

The family will be present to receive friends at the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home, Cincinnatus, NY, on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. There will be no formal funeral service. A graveside service will be held at Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, at a later date. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Pat may be directed to Willowbrook Manor, 11 South Street, Dryden, NY 13053.
