Philip Avery Osborn, 52, of Cortland, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 31, 2012, at University Hospital, Syracuse, NY.
Philip was born in Cortland, NY on March 18, 1960, a son of the late Robert and Joyce Weeks Osborn. He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1979 until 1983. For several years, he worked as a logger with Ward Feint in Pitcher, NY.
A memorial service will be held at the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home, Cincinnatus, NY on Thursday, January 10, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Palmer Neumeister officiating. There will be no prior calling hours.
