In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife, Charlene Pratt Fox, on June 14, 2013, and a sister, June Christopher.

In keeping with the wishes of the family, private graveside services will be held at the Taylor Rural Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy in memory of Ray may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
