I met Bob as an intern on a construction project in Albany, NY. After getting to know each other we realized we were both graduates of Cincinnatus Central School! Bob was kind, wise and very well liked on the construction site. His advice was to continue my schooling. Im glad I listened to him. He spoke often of his love for his family. Ill miss you my friend and mentor.

I had the honor of working with Bob on numerous OGS Projects. Bob shared with me over the years his wealth of construction knowledge. "Uncle Bob" was respected and well liked by all contractors, staff and kids at Finger Lakes and McCormick. My condolences to the Rogers family. I'll miss you my friend!

During our employment with the Gilbane Building Co. I worked with Bob on multiple NYS construction projects in the Albany and Binghamton areas. At our building sites Bob quickly was thought of as a consummate professional builder and highly thought of by project officials, designers and tradesmen. His work experience, problem solving ability and gentlemanly approach was such an asset that Bob himself was in high demand when future project assignments were being discussed.
Bob spoke of his family with pride and love.. He was such a generous soul with a big heart. I will miss him dearly.
God bless the Rogers family.

I worked with Bob at the Binghamton State Office Building during the renovation of the Parking Garage. He was a very warm, loving, caring man. I enjoyed the time Bob spent in this office and getting to know him. I have a picture of Bob in his Santa Claus suit with one of his granddaughter's as an elf. I will always cherish that photo. We kept in touch even after the job was done and I will miss him. My deepest condolences to Gloria and all of Bob's family, you were his pride and joy.

My condolences to Bob's family. I remember him and Gloria coming into the Rite Aid on Main Street, Cortland, to visit their daughter, Tonia. He always had a smile on his face and time to have a quick chat. Sorry for you loss Tonia, Dad's can't be replaced, but you can still talk to him, because you know what his replies would be!
