Ronald D. White, 69, of Cincinnatus, NY, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Guthrie Cortland Regional Medical Center, Cortland, NY.

Ron was born in Cortland, NY on November 10, 1956, the son of the late Devere and Shirley Franklin White. Ron's life was deeply intertwined with the community that shaped him.

Throughout his career, Ron devoted many years to the Empire Livestock Auction Service and Wood's Auction Service, where he earned respect for his dedication and professionalism. His work was a reflection of his strong work ethic and commitment to his craft.

Ron was a man who treasured the company of those he loved. He found joy and comfort in spending time with his family and friends, cherishing the connections that enriched his life. His warm personality and genuine nature left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

He is survived by his brothers Rick (Donna) White of Virginia, Stephen White of Cincinnatus, Robert (Kay) White of Texas, and Timothy (Karie) White of Homer. Ron also leaves behind several nieces and cousins who will remember him fondly.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Ron may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Ron’s legacy is one of hard work, family devotion, and friendship. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
