Rose Ann Standish

Rose Ann (Kemak) Standish, 49, of Cincinnatus, NY, passed away on Friday evening, July 24, 2015, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City, NY.

Rose is the daughter of the late Theodore and Susanne Kemak.  A lifelong resident of the area, she proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for four years.  She was a nurse, by profession, who enjoyed taking care of people.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Clayton Standish, and daughters, Kelly Quinlan, Mary Quinlan, and Megan Quinlan.  She also leaves behind a granddaughter, Kessa Rose, and nine siblings and their families.

A memorial service will be held at the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home, Cincinnatus, NY, on Friday, July 31, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., preceded by military honors.  The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the memorial service.  Following the memorial service, at 5:00 p.m., the family invites all her friends and family to join them at the Marathon American Legion for a celebration of her life.
