Connie Sue Angell-Lincoln, 54, of Cincinnatus, NY, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, while surrounded by her loving family.
Connie was born in Cortland, NY, on April 20, 1965, the 13th child of 16 born to Stuart and Ruth Marie Bush Angell. She had been employed by the U.S. Postal Service for several years until she became ill. Prior to that, she had worked at Maine’s Paper and Food until she left there to take care of her mom until she passed. She was a past president and former board of trustee’s member for the Union Valley Cemetery Association. Connie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and a devoted and caring aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Her love for her family and her animals were unmatched.
She is survived by her husband, Spence Lincoln; a son, Eric Lincoln of California; and grandchildren, Landyn and Kameron Lincoln. She also leaves behind her siblings, Doris (Donald) Stith, Floyd (Judy) Angell, Virginia (Oscar) Bartholomew, Nancy Hendrie, RuthAnn (Bill) Aldrich, Bonnie Merchant, Stuart Angell, Gary (Marge) Angell, Bradley Angell, Sherry (Tim) Hammond, Kathy (David) McCracken, Shelby (Steve) George, and Mary Sutton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Wendell Angell in 1988 and David Angell in 2018.
A Celebration of Connie’s Life will be held at the Willet-Cincinnatus Senior Center on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Westcott officiating.
